Kaldaien, the modder who released the fullscreen resolution fix a few days ago, took DrDaxxy's idea and included them in his FAR (Fix Automata Resolution) mod, which is where you can now get it and tweak around with it and see if it helps the game run smoother for you - that's the post linked above.

Recently a modder Joster Mod developed a new mod that works for the main character. Available on Nexus mod for download, this new mod adds more than 25 new outfits in Shadow of the Tomb Raider, but these are not just regular outfits and it’s definitely not for kids. Moreover, you’ll need Kaldaien’s Special K mod in order to install it. Do note that in its uncompressed version, this mod is 1.65GB in size so make sure you have enough hard-disk space.
It is also not currently possible to use this version of ReShade with the local injector version of Special K. At application start, this will load/create a ReShade preset from Documents\My Mods\SpecialK\Profiles\\ instead of the last preset used (normal behavior for official ReShade releases).

This group will remain for archival purposes and curator purposes if Kaldaien continues to reverse engineer and fix individual games in order to comment on their ports. The old Special K global injection method is incompatible with Windows 10 Creators Update Special K v0.8.1 (and later) uses a new injection method, but it's possible that traces of the old method still remain on the system and can cause issues even with newer versions of the mod.
